60 Minutes pure Aviation, today with an Airbus A380 landing on a wet runway 23L at Düsseldorf Airport. Emirates operates twice daily between Düsseldorf and Dubai and the A380 can be seen once per day. The second flight is operated by a Boeing 777-300. I hope they will continue to use the Airbus A380 at Düsseldorf within the next years because it`s always a pleasure to watch this big whale land at Düsseldorf.
The second clip was filmed at Amsterdam. I was quite surprised when the A380 crew suddenly initiated a go around due to strong crosswinds. The Airbus returned for a perfect landing during its second attempt.
