The combination exercise works the upper body and core muscle groups using the Bananeira and Negativa.
The workout thus works the shoulders and arms during the handsatnd phase as well as agility, balance and strength.
Whilst lowering the body under control whilst performing the Negativa really works the core muscles such as obliques and abdominals.
During this exercise is therapeuyic and is great for providing relief from lower back pain, lumbago and referred sciatic pain.
