Birding in Singapore. Pasir Ris Park- Spotted Wood Owl, Mangrove viper. Jun 2023.

Описание: While Pasir Ris Park has lost its charm compared to 2 years ago due to redevelopment, I still visit this place occasionally. We can walk right into the mangrove to explore via the boardwalk from Car Park B or C.
The appearance of the Spotted Wood Owl made me visit the park more often recently. Gone are the uncommon species but I still get to spot quite a few common species. Perhaps, it is better to enjoy what it got now before more changes take place. Sometimes it is better to lower our expectations while enjoying wildlife.
