This concept had its commercial boom for us between 2011–2015. And like any trend, it came with its fair share of buzzwords, app-tivated products and phygital experiences (yep, we’re still cringing too). But behind the lingo was a simple truth: when digital and physical work together, 1 + 1 really can = 3.
