This beginner-friendly routine moves through seated stretches, spinal mobility, lunges, Downward Dog, and a supported Chair Pose to gently activate your whole body.
All you need is a pillow and/or a yoga block (or another pillow).
This short flow helps:

• Open tight hips with Low Lunges
• Stretch the back of the body in Down Dog
• Build gentle strength with Chair Pose
• Improve balance and focus
