Soup Italiano
2 large jars of pasta sauce. I prefer Ragu flavored with meat
2 large cans of Campbells Chunky Minestrone. You scan use other brands. This is our favorite
1 Envelope of Knorrs dry vegetable soup mix
1 cup of chopped pepperoni
Dump all of the ingredients into your crockpot. I usually cook it on low for 4-5 hours. But you can put it on high until it starts to bubble and then set it to warm.
I used to mix and Parmesan cheese in before cooking it. But then I changed it to cooking it without the cheese in it, and just sprinkling the Parmesan on top of the soup after it’s in the bowl. If you cook it with the cheese in it, there’s more of a chance that the soup will scorch in the crockpot.
