Sample routine shown in video after my actual workout:
7 exercise for all muscle groups
40 sec per set- 3 sets
20 secs between sets
Keep the balls over the holes which represents 79% of max effort (you just have to work that out for yourself what that is for you, once done it's easy to find the right resustance)
there are alternative exercises for each muscle group
resistance can be adjusted in very small increments as needed
-breath right during the exercises
enjoy the feeling afterwards
