Blanca teaches The Recipe Hunters a delicious recipe for Arroz con Pulpo or rice and octopus. The dish is basically a delicious soffrito cooked into rice and topped with Pulpo a la Feira or polbo á feira: the most famous Galician way to prepare octopus. One can't go to Galicia without eating octopus! Thanks to Blanca for teaching us this family recipe and to Pelepau for their traditional music!
The ingredients are:
1 octopus
3 medium sized tomatoes, peeled
1 onion
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 tablespoon hot paprika
2 cups of rice
Salt
