Water – 1 tbsp
Spices – 1 tbsp (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom)
Dried apricots – 20–30 g
Ground nuts – 60 g (almond)
Wheat flour – 220–230 g
Baking powder – 5 g
Glaze:
Icing sugar – 60 g
Orange juice– 2–3 tsp
🔥 Baking Instructions
Mix soft butter and sugar until creamy.
Add egg, cocoa powder, salt, water, and spices.
Mix in ground nuts and chopped dried apricots.
Gradually add flour and baking powder to form a soft, pliable dough.
