Slow Cooker Carnitas:
• 4–5 lb pork shoulder (bone-in or boneless)
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• Cook on Low 8–10 hrs or High 4–6 hrs
• Shred and crisp under broiler (optional)
Cilantro Lime Slaw:
14 oz bag of coleslaw
1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup of Cilantro
1/4 cp of Lime Juice
1/2 tsp of Cumin
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 Green Onions
1 Garlic Clove
