Описание: Trail 733 Waterline trail is part of the Whiskey Off Road 30 and 50 proof back country mountain bike race(s) held here in Prescott each spring. Video timeline segment(s) [One] 0:27 to 2:13 and [Two] 5:35 to 8:14 are the sections of 733 that are Whiskey Off Road race course. Racers will actually encounter segment [Two] prior to segment [One] during the race. Trail 733 (Waterline) is one of the few existing trails that survived the big thinning/clearing operation a few years back. Few people know that there were many unmapped and unknown existing trails in this area prior to these new trails. The Waterline pretty much runs north-south and is the “central” trail in the Emmanuel Pines area and a lot of the other trails intersect with it along the way. It “ends” temporarily at trail 332 for a few yards then picks back up again on the other side of 332. While it’s mostly a double track trail covering a waterline (you’ll see some blue water meter covers along the way), it’s a pleasant ride through the pines. The trail trends uphill going from north to south. Trails 701(Juniper Gate), 760(Noodle), 721(Sidekick), 729(BLM), 332(Javelina), 735(Tatanka), and 728(Russ T Fender) are all directly accessible from trail 733 Waterline.
There is free parking in the Emmanuel Pines area off Iron springs roads at two locations; both on the southside. These trailhead parking areas are located approximately 5 miles northwest of the Courthouse Square in Prescott; just south of the junction of Iron Springs Road and Spence Springs Road. Watch for the signs. Although this and most other trails in the Spence area are mapped and numbered, the brown trail number stakes are not there yet. Just a heads up you won't see those out there for now.
