This is a 15 minute no repeat upper body dumbbell workout designed for travel, hotel rooms, and home training.
No circuits. No repeating rounds inside the workout. We move straight through each exercise so you can press play and train without overthinking it.
If you want a longer session, simply repeat the video 2, 3, or even 4 times depending on your level and available time.
