Описание: Today's class is a 7 minute full body mobility workout. We will be going through 10 exercises for 30 seconds each and then I will give 10 seconds in between in order to give you time to transition to the next exercise. This workout will help you relax and relieve tension while helping to increase mobility. This routine can be done daily or whenever you want a quick routine to loosen up those joints and muscles. Pay attention to your body and if something feels painful, stop immediately. Never force yourself to go further than your body is able. Slow and steady wins the race when it comes to mobility and flexibility. Thanks for showing up today and I pray you enjoy this routine!
