Описание: Here's an EASY, low impact workout that uses dumbbells to support your scoliosis - strengthen your full body with these scoliosis-friendly movements, designed for people with spinal conditions such as scoliosis, Scheuermann's Kyphosis, spinal surgery, and more.

Using light weights:
1) Slow deep squats x 30 seconds (with arm bend/extend)
2) Calf raises + arm sweeps overhead x 30 seconds
3) Lunge with overhead press x 30 sec each side

4) Slow deep squats with 1 dumbbell x 30 seconds
5) Calf raises + arm sweeps overhead with 1 dumbbell x 30 seconds
6) Lunge with overhead press with 1 dumbbell x 30 seconds EACH SIDE

7) Slow deep squats with 2 dumbbells x 30 seconds
8) Calf raises + arm sweeps overhead with 2 dumbbells x 30 seconds
9) Lunge with overhead press with 2 dumbbell x 30 seconds EACH SIDE

10) Marching with bicep curls x 30 seconds
11) Standing shoulder external rotation x 30 seconds
12) Step back with tricep curls x 30 seconds
13) Standing shoulder external rotation at 90° x 30 seconds

14) Marching with bicep curls x 30 seconds, 2nd round
15) Standing shoulder external rotation x 30 seconds, 2nd round
16) Step back with tricep curls x 30 seconds, 2nd round
17) Standing shoulder external rotation at 90° x 30 seconds, 2nd round

Cool down:
18) Posterior deltoid stretch in standing x 30 sec
19) Bicep stretch, thumbs down x 30 sec
20) Tricep stretch, behind the head x 30 sec
21) Quad stretch
