ingredients:
For keema preparation:
Mutton keema - 300gm,
onion - 3 large, finely chopped,
Ginger-garlic - paste 2 tbsp,
Green chilli - 2 finely chopped,
Cilantro-mint - 1 cup,
Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Red chilli powder and Garam masala powder - 1 tsp,
Oil - 3 tbsp,
Salt to test.
For rice preparation:
Basmati rice - 2 cup, socked for 2 hours,
Onion - 2, finely sliced,
Ginger-garlic - paste 1 tbsp,
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp,
Green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and mace
Salt to test,
Rose water - 1 tsp,
Keora water - 1 tsp.
METHOD:
Keema preparation:
heat the oil into a pressure cooker and fry onion till light brown.
Put ginger-garlic paste, mix nicely.
Add all the dry spices, keema,salt and all the green ingredients.
After a good mix keep the lid off and wait for 2 whistle.
For rice preparation:
Heat the clarified butter, put whole spices.
Then add onion and fry it for 1 min, add ginger-garlic paste and mix.
Add rice, mix it nicely, add water and cover it for 10 min.
When rice become soft, add cooked keema and (rose-keora) water. again cover it for another 5 min.
Serve hot.
