PANCIT CANTON Stir Fry Noodles | Guam Food | Filipino Recipes

Описание: Pancit, originally a Filipino dish, can be a full meal in and of itself, but it's a side dish for the Chamorros and for Guam food. This particular version uses canton noodles instead of rice noodles. Pancit is always a part of a big fiesta table; you may or may not find it at a small barbecue. INGREDIENTS
Set 1
16 ounce canton noodles

Set 2
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped yellow onions

Set 3
2 pounds tender meat (pork, beef, or shrimp)
2 tablespoons white wine
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup Mr. Yoshida's sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Set 4
1/4 head of green cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup julienned carrots
1/4 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup green bell pepper, sliced 1 inch long
1 - 14 ounce can of chicken stock

Tools: large pot, tong
