Eating Dates are a way to ripen and soften the cervix and induce labor.
Studies have show that when you eat 70grams (4-6) of dates a day starting around 36/37 weeks you are more likely to go into spontaneous labor sooner than someone who doesn’t!

There are lots of way to eat dates, these are some common ways:
1️⃣Eating them Plain, straight out of the bag
2️⃣Stuffing them with nut butter or granola butter

4️⃣Stuffing them with cheese and wrapping them in bacon
