3 Ways to Eat Dates During Pregnancy

Eating Dates are a way to ripen and soften the cervix and induce labor.

Studies have show that when you eat 70grams (4-6) of dates a day starting around 36/37 weeks you are more likely to go into spontaneous labor sooner than someone who doesn’t!

Benefits:
🌟Shorter pregnancy duration
🌟Shorter length of labor and pushing
🌟Decreased risk of Postpartum hemorrhage
🌟Decreased risk of induction
🌟Increased Bishop score

There are lots of way to eat dates, these are some common ways:
1️⃣Eating them Plain, straight out of the bag
2️⃣Stuffing them with nut butter or granola butter
3️⃣Mixing them in a smoothie! We like mixing @letofoods smoothie, a smoothie created for the prenatal and postpartum body!
4️⃣Stuffing them with cheese and wrapping them in bacon
