Pretty simple to make for dessert.

Ingredients :
For the swiss roll cake :
50g dark chocolate
50g milk
30g butter
4 egg yolks
20g sugar
4 egg whites
30g sugar
60g flour
20g cocoa powder
2g baking powder
Preheat the oven at 175°C (347°F) and bake at 165°C (329°F)
For the cream :
200g mascarpone
600g heavy cream
