Crafted within the Wotanic Pride conglomerate and already knitting forthcoming material, this demo presents itself not merely as a collection of songs but as a ritualised proclamation, where music, speech and symbolism are bound into a single austere gesture.

The record navigates a tense convergence of orthodox black metal with martial rhetoric, the latter woven through the fabric of the release with unsettling insistence. Guitars cut the foreground with a frostbitten edge, sometimes oscillating between a languid ceremonial pacing and sudden surges of feral hostility. The music occasionally appears to stand tall in a grim triumph, only to sink back into despondent introspection, as if its very structure were wrestling with itself. This internal friction lends the record a volatile character, where conviction and disintegration coexist in a precarious balance.

Folk motifs surface on the second track, introducing an archaic aspect to it, as though the past were being summoned, providing a stark contrast to the harder and more nihilistic black metal stretches, where its core hardens into something ruthless and unyielding.
The spoken segments function as grim pillars around which the compositions are erected, imbuing the surrounding tracks with a sense of historical weight and ideological confrontation. At times, the more subdued or melancholic musical passages seem almost at odds with this fervour. When the record ultimately returns to a harsher and uncompromising black metal assault, it does so with renewed ferocity, as if stripping away ambiguity to only leave scorched earth behind.

"Die Geburt des Jahrtausends" is not a comfortable listen, nor does it seek to be. It is austere, confrontational. It is an invitation to stand amidst iron riffs and echoing proclamations and to feel the chill of history on the skin.
