This is a short, gentle guided pause designed to help you reconnect with your body and breath.
You’ll be guided through a few minutes of slow breathing and awareness to help your nervous system settle, and your attention return to the present moment. There’s nothing to fix, nothing to perform, and no prior experience needed.
You can listen sitting, standing, or lying down, whatever feels most comfortable for you. If at any point it doesn’t feel supportive, you’re free to stop or come back later.
This is part Somatic Radiance breath-work, a body-centered approach to grounding, clarity, and intentional presence.
