This video is about how I lost 55 pounds using Noom, and a combination of diet and exercise. I began this journey in January 2020 (pre-pandemic), and I continued this process as I worked from home teaching ZOOM classes at my local college as the pandemic progressed.
This video shows some of the exercises I’ve used (trail running, hiking, Total Gym and Bosu work), as well as a sampling of the meals I’ve eaten during this period (these are listed in the timestamps below). Noom screens are shown in terms of documenting meals and exercises. No recipes or coaching aspects of Noom are shown in this video (I filmed this using the free version of the app after using the paid version for a year).
