Today is my boss’s birthday.
She is closing the restaurant for good and retiring.
As her last employee, I wanted to treat her a lunch box with a 5-hour brisket burger. This is a braised brisket upgraded by stout beer. And my favorite salad made of romaine, reggiano cheese, Cherry tomato and Balsamic Dressing.
