1. Making the Eggpie Crust
Ingredients:
250 grams of all purpose flour,
50 grams of butter, and
103 grams of water
Mix by hand until a smooth dough is formed.
(You can also use a stand mixer.)
Divide the dough into two around 200g each.
Using a dough roller, flatten the dough to about 12 inch in diameter.
Use a 9 inch pie pan. Make sure to grease the pan with butter or shortening.
Put the flattened dough onto the pan, and form the perimeter
of the crust by making a zigzag pattern using your fingers.
2. Making the Eggpie Filling
Ingredients:
250 grams of skimmed milk powder,
200 grams of white sugar,
7 grams of cornstarch,
615 grams of evaporated milk, and
4 large eggs

Mix altogether in a large bowl using a whisk or hand mixer.
3. Baking
Pre-heat the oven to 160 degreees Celcius, and bake the egg pie an hour
