The best lat isolation movement. The standing cable pullover, also known as the straight arm pulldown, is a fantastic lat movement that takes the biceps out of the movement.
It does work a bit of traps, and a bit of the long head of the triceps as well, but for the most part, it's as lat isolation as it gets.
The standing cable pullover is one of the staples of my back or pull days, and you should definitely give it a shot.
