I’m finally stepping out and trying to do more gluten free baking! I made these monster cookie bars for a bake sale and then I made another batch for my family and in the process I found that I enjoy how baking matches the way that I like to learn and take on new tasks- with detailed step by step instructions and a quick result.
These turned out so yummy! Although the first batch was a little more gooey, so I’ll have to figure out what I did differently.
Having delicious things that I know are safe to eat is so important for me as someone with celiac disease.
