In this video I talk about classic games like Saints Row 2, Mafia 3, Sonic Unleashed, GTA Vice City Stories, GTA Liberty City Stories, Super Mario Wii, and Mario Kart Wii — and why modern games struggle to recreate that same feeling of originality and nostalgia.
But the truth is deeper than graphics or gameplay. As we grow older, responsibilities, ambition, and the pressure to become successful change how we experience gaming. Even if I had the chance to replay these games today, it wouldn’t feel the same.
