This mindset comes from entertainment, social media, and unrealistic expectations that make women seem perfect, untouchable, or “above” men. Over time, this creates anxiety, insecurity, and fear around women instead of natural connection.

I share where this mentality comes from, why it damages men’s confidence, and how to break out of it by putting in real-life reps, improving yourself, raising your value, later on advertising yourself with normality, understanding mens sexual value increases in their late 20s to beyond, and learning to walk away when someone doesn’t treat you with respect.

The goal of this video is to help men feel calmer, more grounded, and more natural around women — without pedestalizing them or chasing validation.

Women are just human beings. And once you truly understand that, dating and life become much easier.
