GUAM RED RICE INGREDIENTS
Set 1
5 cups short-grain rice

Set 2
5 1/2 cups water
1/4 vegetable oil
1 tablespoon bacon drippings or 2 slices of bacon
1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black peper
5 teaspoons seasoning salt

Set 3
Scant half cup of achote seeds

Tools: strainer, medium pot
