Move better and unlock deeper range on day 18 of the ignite series. Today we have a no repeats 15 Min Full Body Kettlebell Mobility Routine. 60 secs per move, 15 secs transition, using simple kettlebell movements to open hips, shoulders, and spine while priming you for stronger, cleaner lifts ahead.
NOTE: Go lighter than your normal training weight (I’m using just 6 kg) and focus on smooth, full range of motion.💪🏼
