1. Lentil Chips
🌿 1/2 Cup Pink masoor dal
🌿 2 cloves of garlic
🌿 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
🌿 2 tbsp sesame seeds
🌿 2 tbsp Flax seeds
🌿 1/4 tsp Salt
🌿 1/2 tbsp Chilli Flakes
🌿 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
🌿 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
🌿 1 tbsp Oil
🌿 1/4 Cup warm water or more if required .

Divide the dough in 22 equal portions and press using a bowl/cup which has flat bottom.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 25-30 minutes.

2. Besan Papdi Sticks
🌿 1.5 Cups Gram Flour
🌿 1/2 tsp Salt
🌿 1/4 tsp Black Salt
🌿 1/4 tsp Turmeric
🌿 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
🌿 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
🌿 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
🌿 3-4 tbsp Oil
🌿 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
🌿 3-4 tbsp Water
🌿 1/4 Cup of Pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, flax seeds

Bake in OTG, Microwave of Air fryer and serve with yogurt dip. You Besan Papdi Sticks are ready to dig in.
Baking Temp : 180c
Baking Time 25-30 min.

3. Maize Flour /Makki aata Chakli
🌿 3/4 Cup Maize Flour
🌿 1/4 Cup Rice Flour
🌿 1/4 Cup grated Potato
🌿 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
🌿 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
🌿 2 tbsp flax seeds
🌿 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
🌿 2 tbsp Oil
🌿 1/2 tsp Salt
🌿 1/4 tsp Black salt
🌿 1/4 tsp Strong asafoetida
🌿 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
🌿 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
🌿 Water as required to make a pipeable dough.

Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 35-40 min or until crispy.

4. Moong Dal Crackers
🌿 1/2 Cup Yellow Moong Dal
🌿 2 cloves of garlic
🌿 1/2 inch ginger
🌿 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
🌿 2 tbsp sesame seeds
🌿 2 tbsp Flax seeds
🌿 1/4 tsp Salt
🌿 1/2 tbsp Chilli Flakes
🌿 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
🌿 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
🌿 2 tbsp Oil
🌿 Upto 1/2 Cup warm water. Do not add all at once.

Divide the dough in 22 equal portions and press using a bowl/cup which has flat bottom.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 25-30 minutes.

5. Broccoli and Cheese Crackers
🌿 150g Broccoli
🌿 3/4 Cup Rice Flour
🌿 1/4 Cup Cheese
🌿 2 tbsp flax seed powder
🌿 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
🌿 1/2 tsp Salt
🌿 2 Cloves of Garlic
🌿 1/2 tsp Oregano
🌿 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
🌿 1/3 Cup Water to make a soft dough.

Roll out the dough. Cut in any shape you like and Bake at 180 C for 30-35 minutes or until crispy.

6. Sweet Potato Fries Recipe🌿
🌿 400g Sweet Potato
🌿 30ml Salted Butter (3 tbsp)
🌿 1/4 Cup Rice Flour
🌿 Salt to taste
🌿 1/4 tsp Black Salt
🌿 1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
🌿 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
🌿 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
🌿 1/2 tsp Amchoor powder

Bake at 160C for 30-40 minutes.

7. Almond Crisps/ Almond Chips /Almond Crackers
🌿 1 Cup Almond Flour (120g)
🌿 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds (30g)
🌿 1/2 Cup Water (120ml)
🌿 2 tbsp Olive Oil (30ml)
🌿 1/2 tsp Oregano
🌿 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
🌿 1/2 tsp Salt of your choice

Soak Almond Flour, Chia Seeds in water until the mixture becomes like a dough.
Then add rest of the insane bring everything together to make a very soft dough.
Bake at 180 c for 20-25 min and enjoy your almond crisps.


8.Roasted Chana Dal
🌿 1.5 Cups Chana Dal
🌿 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
🌿 Hot water as required for soaking.
Soak the Chana Dal for minimum of 4 hours and maximum of 8 hours.

Coriander Masala
🌿 1/2 Cup Fresh Coriander
🌿 3 Green Chillies
🌿 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
🌿 Salt to taste
🌿 1/4 tsp Black Salt
🌿 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
🌿 1/8 tsp Citric acid
🌿 1 tsp Sugar

Bake the Chana Dal for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Optionally drizzle some oil while baking to retain moisture.
