1. Jowar Murukku Recipe
🌿 1/2 Cup Jowar Flour (Sorghum Flour) (60g)
🌿 2 tbsp Besan (Gram Flour ) (15g)
🌿 1/4 Cup Rice Flour (35g)
🌿 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
🌿 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
🌿 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
🌿 Salt to taste
🌿 1/2 tsp Ajwain (Carom seeds )
🌿 1/4 tsp heeng (asafoetida )
🌿 1/3 Cup Warm Water or as required
Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes.
2. Gluten Free Poha Crackers Recipe
🌿 1 Cup Poha(flattened rice)
🌿 1 tsp Oil
🌿 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
🌿 1/4 tsp heeng powder(asafoetida)
🌿 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
🌿 1/4 Cup Gram Flour
🌿 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
🌿 1 tbsp Flax seeds
🌿 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
🌿 water as required to form stiff dough.
Roll out dough immediately. And cut into strips. You can shape them as you like.
Air fry at 150 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
3. Rice Thecha Chips Recipe
🌿 1/2 Cup Water
🌿 1/4 tsp Salt
🌿 1/2 Cup Rice Flour
🌿 1 tbsp Oil
Thecha powder Recipe
🌿 5-6 garlic cloves
🌿 3-4 Green Chillies
🌿 2 tbsp Peanuts
🌿 Salt to taste
Pass this powder through a sieve to get fine texture.
Sprinkle immediately on hot Rice chips for it get well coated.
P.S. These will turn out a bit from crunchy. But I can assure, you will finish them all.
Bake at 160 C for 35-40 minutes.
4. PodiChickpeas Recipe
🌿 150g Boiled Chickpeas
🌿 Salt to taste
🌿 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
For Gun Powder or Podi
🌿 50g Chana Dal
🌿 50g Urad Dal (dehusked )
🌿 25g Sesame Seeds
🌿 10g Curry Leaves
🌿 8-10 Dried Red Chillies
🌿 1 tsp Coconut Oil
🌿 Salt to taste
🌿 1/4 tsp Asafoetida (hing powder)
🌿 2 tbsp Fresh Coconut (optional)
Bake the Chickpeas at 180 C for 25-30 minutes.
For Gun Powder, Bake the dal mix for 15-18 minutes. Let it cool down completely and then grind into fine powder.
5. Pinwheel Samosa Recipe
Spices for Samosa Filling
🌿 1 tsp Oil
🌿 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
🌿 1 green chilli
🌿 1/2 tsp Salt
🌿 1/4 tsp Black Salt
🌿 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
🌿 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
🌿 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
🌿 1.5 tsp Coriander Powder
🌿 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
🌿 A pinch of Heeng
🌿 2-3 medium sized boiled and mashed potatoes.
For Dough
🌿 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
🌿 1/4 tsp Salt
🌿 1.5 tbsp Ghee
🌿 1/2 tsp Ajwain (Carom seeds)
🌿 Water or as required
Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
6. Beetroot Crackers/Fingers Recipe
🌿 1 Beetroot
🌿 1/2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
🌿 1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds
🌿 1/2 tbsp Black Sesame
🌿 1/2 Ginger Powder
🌿 2 tbsp Rice Flour
🌿 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
🌿 Salt to Taste
🌿 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
🌿 2-3 Cloves of Garlic
🌿 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Water should not be required. But add water in which beetroot was boiled to get the desired consistency of dough.
Roll the dough of Beetroot Chips as thin as possible and cut in desired shape.
Bake these Beetroot crackers at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
7. Chickpea Sticks Recipe
🌿 1.5 Cup Boiled Chickpeas
🌿 3-4 tbsp Water
🌿 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
🌿 2 tbsp flax seeds
🌿 2 tbsp sesame seeds
🌿 1 tsp Chilli flakes
🌿 1/2 tsp Oregano
🌿 1/2 tsp Salt
🌿 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
🌿 1/2 Lemon
🌿 2 tbsp Olive Oil
🌿 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Corn Flour
Make a pipeable dough. Add water gradually so that the mixture does not become too wet.
Pipe on slicing mat and Bake at 180 degrees minutes for 25-30 minutes or until crispy. Keep a check, as every oven is different.
