Quick, delicious Chicken Chow Mein made with tender chicken, stir-fried noodles, crisp veggies, and a savory sauce. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner! 🍜🥢
📃Ingredients:
300g of chicken tenders
Chicken marinade:
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 teaspoons of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tbs of chilli sauce
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
2 tablespoon of corn starch
1egg
1 tbs white till
2 tablespoon of oil
1 packet of dried lo mein noodles
1 bunch of green onions, whites removed & cut in 1/2 lengthwise
3 teaspoons of garlic, minced
1/3 of a head of cabbage, thinly sliced or shredded
1 large carrot, thinly sliced
1 large capsicum,thinly sliced
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
Sauce:
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of chilli sauce
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
