నాటి నరసాపురం ఎంపీ, ప్రస్తుత అసెంబ్లీ డిప్యూటీ స్పీకర్‌ రఘురామకృష్ణరాజును పోలీస్‌ కస్టడీలో చిత్రహింసలకు గురిచేసిన కేసులో ఏ-7 నిందితుడుగా ఉన్న ఐపీఎస్‌ అధికారి సునీల్‌ నాయక్‌పై నాన్‌ బెయిలబుల్‌ వారెంట్‌ జారీ పిటిషన్‌ కేసులో వాదనలు పూర్తయ్యాయి. శనివారం గుంటూరులోని మొబైల్‌ మేజిస్ట్రేట్‌ కోర్టులో సునీల్‌ నాయక్‌ తరఫు న్యాయవాదుల వాదనలను మేజిస్ట్రేట్‌ విన్నారు. ఇరువైపులా వాదనలు పూర్తి కావడంతో మార్చి 3వ తేదీన తీర్పు ఇవ్వనున్నట్లు మేజిస్ట్రేట్‌ స్రవంతి ప్రకటించారు.
