This cake has just basic ingredients and is easy to just throw together and it goes amazing with a cup of coffee.
Crumb Cake Recipe
2 cups flour (410g)
2 cups sugar (260g)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup sour milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix together the flour, sugar, cinnamon and oil. Take out 1/2 cup of the mixture and save for later. To the rest of the batter, add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish that has been greased and lined with parchment paper. Put the 1/2 cup of topping that you set aside on top. Bake in a 180 preheated oven for 35-45 minutes. (Oven temperatures may vary). Let it cool before serving. Enjoy!
