FernGully ~ Chapter 6 ~ Batty Koda (Plus BONUSES!!!)

Описание: Hello everybody! Son of Herodotus here with Chapter 6 of FernGully, and yes, you read that title right: this chapter introduces Batty Koda, one of the most memorable animated characters ever created. Of course this was before Robin Williams brought him to life in FernGully: The Last Rainforest, much to the chagrin of then-Chairman of Walt Disney Studios, Jeffrey Katzenberg, which I won't go into here.

Anyway, after Crysta briefly catches up with Pips since the whole canopy incident, both of them are bowled over by the arrival of a creature who's batty, in every sense of the word. After bringing it back down to earth (so to speak) Crysta welcomes this poor unfortunate bat into FernGully. After explaining where he was from and what he'd been through by rapping, much like Robin Williams did in the film, Crysta's interest in humans immidiately comes to the forefront. Could this very well lead to the start of something big?

This chapter contains a growth spurt, forest music, shrill screams, fairy magic, garbling gibberish, a rap number, "human tails" and 2 birthday shoutouts in one video.

I apologize for keeping you waiting for this to come out. Aside from a lot of things happening this past month, I wanted to make sure this chapter came out right since it involved a character voiced by the late Robin Williams. Giving this chapter the justice it deserves is what I hoped to deliver here, especially since I made my own MUSICAL NUMBER!!! Oh yeah, thanks to the OG Batty Rap lyrics written by Diana Young herself and the thumpin' hip-hop sounds of Anno Domini beats, I was able to create an actual hip-hop song that I think Robin would enjoy. I hope you guys enjoy it, and the rest of this chapter, as well! (10:20)
