Automating Mograph: Intelligent Pie Charts Using Expressions in After Effects

Описание: Combining Red Giant Universe (Progresso, HUD, KLF Progresso, Array Gun) and useful expressions that allow easier control of on-screen elements, with specialist sports production instructor Jason Hare.

"In this second session we increase the complexity and introduce multiple instances of Red Giant Universe Progresso to make a cool looking pie chart. Using a number of expression we automate all the maths so the end user only has to enter three numbers and choose the two teams and colours. The rest is automatic. We then build this up as an Essential Graphic to create a MOGRT file for use in Adobe Premiere to allow editors fast access to a graphic element that would be near impossible in an edit system. Better still, the editor needs no After Effects experience to use these templates."
