番茄豬扒煎蛋食譜通常結合了香煎豬扒與酸甜番茄醬汁,再配上炒蛋,做法是先將豬扒拍鬆醃製煎至金黃盛起,接著炒香番茄洋蔥做成醬汁,最後與煎好的豬扒和炒蛋回鍋拌勻,勾芡淋汁,是一道經典的家常小菜。
番茄豬扒煎蛋食譜
材料:
豬扒 2塊 、雞蛋 1-2隻、番茄 2-個
醃料:生抽、糖、鹽、花雕酒、少許油
番茄豬扒煎蛋做法:
1.豬扒用刀背拍鬆,用醃料(生抽、糖、鹽、胡椒粉、少許油)醃至少 30 分鐘。
2.番茄切件。
3.鍋中放油,煎荷包蛋盛起。
4.同一 鍋中放油,中火將豬扒兩面煎至金黃熟透。推在一旁,下番茄塊炒軟,加入少量水,焗片刻。
5.荷包蛋回鍋,下2茶匙糖、2湯匙番茄醬,炒匀。便成。
烹飪小貼士
1.番茄可先去皮再切塊,口感更佳。
2.若想做焗飯,可將炒飯鋪上豬扒和醬汁,再放入芝士焗烤。

2. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs until golden brown and set aside.
4. In the same pan, heat oil over medium heat and pan-fry the pork chops on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Push the tomato pieces aside, add the diced tomatoes and sauté until softened, then add a little water and simmer briefly.
5. Return the poached eggs to the pan, add 2 teaspoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, and stir well. It's ready.
Cooking Tips
1. Peeling the tomatoes before cutting them into chunks will improve the texture.
