On today’s episode we are making a ginger scallion crab dish. This is so easy to make and even easier to eat. Get your wet nap and towel around your neck for this family feast.
Get one clean crab, 2 tbls oyster sauce, 6 tbls water, black pepper, pinch of sugar, 1 tsp fish sauce and 1 tbl corn starch - mix the sauce together
Add half cup of sliced ginger and cook in oil then add the crab and then sauce. Once finished add half cup of scallions chopped and serve hot!
Enjoy yourself or with family and friends. So good and easy to make. Crab is sweet with this sauce it compliments each other.
