This is the easiest, most mouth watering and delicious Ginger and Onion Crab dish you will make. The process is simple if you can follow it step by step. The crab we used is Dungenous Crab, the meat is sweet and flakey.
Ingredients Used:
Dungenous Crab - 3 Medium sized crabs
Cornstarch - 1/2 cup to coat the Crab
2 tbsp Cornstarch + 1/2 cup Water slurry
1 cup Cooking Wine
Canola Oil for Frying (neutral tasting oil)
1/4 cup Ginger
5 Garlic Cloves
6 Green Onion
1 Sweet Onion
2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Maggi Sauce
1 cup Chicken Broth / Vegetable Broth
