You will be doing a zero jumping version of 8 of our intense cardio routines. Therefore, all jumping, burpees and plyometric moves will have a modified move instead.
Zero jumping dance HIIT workouts are beneficial for anyone who needs to do low impact because of joints or prior injuries. It is also apartment friendly and a great way to get in an intense workout in without all of the jumping. So don't be fooled by this title. Because you will definitely break a sweat and be challenged.

So please refer to the key below in order to better understand each intensity level. Routine Intensity Level Key
Level 1 : Low-Moderate Intensity; slow-moderate paced movements (usually a warm up or a cool down routine). You should be able to talk during this intensity level.
Level 2: Moderate-High Intensity; fast paced movements; talking is more difficult as heart rate is higher.
Level 3: High-Very Vigorous intensity; strenuous and fast paced movements that are maintained and even increased throughout the routine; can’t say more than a few words because you are getting breathless.
*Some routines may be listed as in between two levels.
