Hi guys
today im going to share to you how to make a #japaneseCheesecake without a cracked.. im going to show you how and will give you some tips.
This japanese cheesecake is very delicious and fragrant when its done they called it #jiggly and #CottonCheesecake because its very soft so lets prepare the ingredients
GOra Nahh!!! (lets go)
all we need is the following ingredients
cream cheese batter
250 grams of cream cheese I used Philadelphia brand
6 eggyolks
1/3 cup white sugar
4 T unsalted butter (melted or not is ok)
100ml of full cream milk
1/2 t lemon juice
2 1/2 T cornstarch
1/2 c cake flour
for the meringue
6 egg whites
1/4 t cream of tartar
1/3 c white sugar
NOte: after 75 mins of baking time remove the water bath and
let the cake stay inside for 10 to 15 mins.
it is important to measure all ingredients properly for best result
T- tablespoon
t- teaspoon
c- cup
