You Get to Do It Your Way

Описание: In this episode, I’m sharing a piece of wisdom that honestly used to block me from having everything I truly want.

It sounds simple. Almost obvious. But I wasn’t actually living it.

You can do it your way.

I take you behind the scenes of launching in-person classes at Body & Sol Savannah while also preparing to step away for two weeks to go to Costa Rica. The old stories came rushing in — what if momentum stops? What if people leave? What if I can’t have freedom and roots at the same time?

For years, I carried this background belief that choosing one thing meant sacrificing another. That building community meant losing flexibility. That changing my offers meant disappointing people. That honoring my energy was somehow irresponsible.

But that’s just a story.

I share a pivotal moment with my mentor that helped me see where I was leaking energy by clinging to structures that no longer felt aligned — simply because I thought I “should.” That conversation reminded me that integrity doesn’t mean rigidity. It means honoring your intention and adjusting when something no longer serves.

This episode is an invitation to look at where you might be holding yourself back because you’re afraid to rewrite the rules.
