Yoga For Runners And Hikers | Full Body Flow. Thank You for joining me today! This 20 minute yoga sequence is specifically designed for runners and hikers but everyone is welcome! Being that we are in the middle of this pandemic, and many of us have a lot more time on our hands, including myself, I find that I have been going on hikes almost everyday. Currently living in Kelowna, BC Canada, I am very grateful to be surrounded by many mountains and hiking trails. It wasn't long before I thought it would be a great idea to make a yoga sequence and series of stretches that you can do either pre or post run or hike.
In this yoga sequence for runners and hikers/backpackers, we focus on and target the core, hips and muscles in the legs. This is also a great sequence for any kind of athlete that uses the same muscles and body parts.
