In this Video, I show how to obtain the AP Forelli Exsess from "Rough Justice" with passing the Mission. After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there as well as showing the AP Properties.
This Special Vehicle can also be converted to PP with either the Firefighter PP Conversion or The Shoreside Redemption PP Conversion.
