In this Video, I show how to convert ANY Vehicle into PP form from the mission "The Shoreside Redemption" with both failing and passing the Mission methods. Where i convert both the Heavy/DP Sindacco Argento and the AP Forelli Exsess into PP.
Is one of two PP Conversions in the game, with the other being involving the Firefighter sidemission. Unfortunately that one doesn't work on Mobile. So I can't record it. However, I leave the link for a video of Lethal Vaccine about it down at description.
