For the potatoes / we made this into 3 servings which is 1 cup per serving for 5 points
1 bag of mini potatoes
1/2 cup diced purple onion
1 oz feta cheese
1/2 juice of lemon
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
fresh dill
fresh parsley
2 garlic cloves
sea salt and black pepper
For the chicken noodle soup
64 oz chicken broth
diced carrots
diced onion
sliced leeks
1/2 juice of lemon
1 tbsp butter to sauté the veggies
rotisserie chicken both white and dark meat
banza pasta
fresh dill
paprika , red chili flakes, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt and pepper
