Living with chronic pain and emotional suffering is hard enough. You don't need to add judgment, criticism, or resistance on top of it — that's the "second arrow."
This 12-minute breathwork and meditation practice is an invitation to meet your pain with compassion instead of struggle. Through gentle breath awareness and self-compassion techniques, we'll practice being with what is, without making it worse.
In this practice, you'll:
💛 Learn to meet pain with kindness instead of resistance
💛 Practice breathwork that soothes the nervous system
💛 Release the "second arrow" of self-judgment and despair
💛 Cultivate a compassionate presence with your experience
💛 Find moments of ease, even within difficulty
💛 Remember: your pain does not make you broken
This is not about "fixing" or "getting rid of" your pain. It's about changing your relationship to it — meeting yourself with the tenderness you deserve, exactly as you are.
You are not your pain. And you are not alone.
