This is what it's like to be at this amazing regatta. It's my opinion that the TV coverage on YouTube this year has not detracted from the regatta at all. Indeed I believe it has enhanced it. Not only can one watch a whole race on screen, live, in the Stewards Enclosure, but outside that enclosure one can watch on one's phone or tablet and still soak up the incredible atmosphere and cheer on every close race that passes by. And having the racing permanently on YouTube in perpetuity is great for the analysis of technique. This helps both the competing athletes and aspiring athletes. Bravo HRR!
