20 Minute TWISTING Sequence | Iyengar Yoga. In this 20-minute Iyengar Yoga twisting sequence, we’ll explore basic twists, standing twisting poses, and the more challenging seated twist, Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Lord of the Fishes Pose). This practice is designed to improve spinal flexibility, release tension in your torso, and increase mobility in your hips and shoulders. We’ll use props to enhance alignment and support throughout the practice, ensuring you can safely deepen each twist. Whether you're new to twists or looking to refine your technique, this sequence will leave you feeling energized and refreshed! Grab your mat and props, and let’s twist!
