The British Army's 'Named Source' Running the Shankill UVF - Part 2/3

Описание: "Secret: Military Eyes Only" British Army Intelligence Summaries from 1970 details how the British Army had a high-placed, "named source" who was running the Ulster Volunteer Force (UVF) in the Shankill area of West Belfast.

In reports to the British Army Commander of Belfast, his Intelligence Major records the make-up, operational capability and weaponry of the local UVF group. He wrote: "This section of the UVF is clearly well organized, with the majority of its members ex-servicemen."

The UVF was a proscribed organisation - illegal - but the secret British Military documents show that soldiers of 2nd Battalion Parachute Regiment were "outraged" at this situation.

Author Ciarán MacAirt works with vicitms and survivors of the conflict and has tracked these classified documents over the past 8 years. In this second part, he exposes the dirty war in the North of Ireland and reveals:

1. How 2 PARA dissuaded armed UVF paramilitaries, comprised largely of ex-servicemen, from attacking the Catholic estate of Ballymurphy, but did not arrest them as they were 'pro-military'.
2. The British Army's assessment that this 'friendly' UVF element was the same group that carried out bomb attacks in the Shankill area immediately following the planned attack.
3. The 'wave' of bombings that targeted 'moderate' Unionist politicians, like Senator William Morgan, was designed to 'maintain the state of tension' and discredit the Unionist government.
4. How bogus Irish Republican statements were used to shift blame for the Loyalist bombings, creating a false narrative in the media that persisted for decades.
5. The stark reality that British Military Intelligence agreed with MP Gerry Fitt that the IRA was not responsible for this 1970 bomb campaign and that they were "false flag" bomb attacks by the Loyalist UVF.

Watch and learn the shocking truth behind the official cover-ups.
Follow the Paper Trail that proves the deep collusion between the British Army and Loyalist paramilitaries can be traced to the early days of The Troubles. Part 2/3 with the link to the full film below.
